2013 Lassiter Boys Basketball Summer Camp

The Lassiter boys basketball staff will be hosting their annual summer youth camp June 17th-20th. Camp Cost is $175 (150 if registered by May 31st). There is a $25 discount for siblings. Camp will run daily from 9:00-3:00. Camp is open to rising 1st-9th graders. More information can be found here or by contacting Coach Kitzrow.

Girl's Team Summer Schedule Announced

The Lady Trojans will again be showcasing their talents at several team camps this summer in and around Georgia. Three days of practice from 3:30-6:00 will take place May 28,29,30. These practices are open to rising 9th-12th grader interested in playing basketball. We will introduce some of our team concepts and determine level of play for each girl to determine which summer team she fits best. This is not a tryout and any girl interested in playing is welcome and will be given an opportunity to play.

June 3rd-6th we will play two games a night at North Cobb High School. We will be taking a Varsity and JV group. Some players may be asked to play on both teams when needed. June 10th-13th we will play to games a night at Sprayberry High School. We will be taking both a Varsity and JV Group.

Possibly the most important team camp we will attend is June 16th-18th at Tennessee Tech University. We will leave early sunday morning and spend three days playing basketball, enjoying the campus and spending time together. It is a great opportunity for our teams to bond and grow together. There is a cost of $180 per player that must be paid to attend. This covers housing in the dorms, meals each day in the university dining halls as well as travel to and from Tenn. Tech. If you have any questions about he experience ask a player or parent who attended last year.

Boys Summer Team Schedule

Boys Summer Schedule Announced

May 28th and 29th will be practice days from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. These practices are open to rising 9th-12th graders who are interested in playing basketball next year.

May 30, 31, and June 1 we will be playing at Cherokee High School. There will be a total of 7 games. Two games on May 30, two on May 31 and three on June 1. This Team Camp is for Varsity only.

June 3 will be our 3rd practice from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. This is for any rising 9-12 graders.

June 4 we will have 2 games for JV and Varsity at Pope High School. Times will be announced at a later date. Games will start at 4 pm.

June 7-9 is University of Tennessee Team Camp. This is for all rising 9-12 graders. We will leave from the school parking lot Friday the 7th. We will return in the evening on June 9th. All teams will play 6 games each. This is the most important camp to attend. This camp will allow us to have a great time and develop team chemistry in the process. I strongly recommend players attend this camp. Cost of UT team camp is $185 that must be paid to attend. This cost covers room at the dorms, all meals at the university dining halls, transportation to and from UT.

June 17th-20th is All Tournament Players Park Team Camp. This is located on Canton Rd in Marietta. This is for JV and Varsity teams. Each team will play 2 games each night. Game times will be announced later. Games start at 5:00 pm each night.
